Goals for 2019:
Goal 1 – Identify all anchors within the West End Neighborhood.
Strategy 1: Create a map of the West End Neighborhood.
Strategy 2: Make contact with all organizations and businesses within the designated map.
Goal 2 – Contact all Anchoring Organizations and Businesses.
Strategy 1: Utilizes relationships already establish to make contact and to create new connections.
Goal 4 - Identify opportunities for mixed-use commercial/residential.
Strategy 1: Assign open RDA properties with new commercial businesses.
Strategy 2: Assign redevelopment housing to local churches for transitional housing.
Goal 5 - Integrate safe, attractive multi-modal options into infrastructure and development.
Strategy 1: Meet with police, fire and health services to plan for future redevelopment and plan for new business, housing, and walkways.
Goal 6 - Preserve and enhance the desirable characteristics of neighborhoods.
Strategy 1: The West End Neighborhood is a combination of Grit and Generosity we will preserve this through all conversations.
Goal 8 - Preserve historic buildings, landmarks, and features.
Strategy 1: Add these above features to the community map.
Strategy 2: Secure any legislation to protect the above features.

A team of educators, residents, government officials and leaders participated in the ground breaking at Hope Street Learning Lab.
Community Meetings Take Place Every Summer
Lincoln Charter School host a summer meeting every year to hear from community residents and leaders. .
Hope Street Learning Lab built an outdoor learning lab for the children of York with help from numerous builders organized by Stewart and Tate.
